Fit in 30 mins plus bums tums thighs.

Complete  structured workout with very little rest to maximise fat burning. 

TUESDAYS

20 mins

20 mins abs and booty attack.

Focusing on getting a tighter waist and stronger core , using varied equipment to help get visible results. Non stop No rest. 

THURSDAYS
